Certifications: USAW, PPSC (pain-free performance specialist), and Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach
Experience: I have been coaching and working in the fitness field for seven years. I try and translate my training style with my clients, helping them build a strong base and incorporate HIIT for fat loss.
I make sure to try and educate my clients! I focus not only on teaching them how to lift and use the proper form but also make sure they understand why they are doing the exercises and the science behind them. Thoughtful programming and proper progressions have gotten my clients to exceed their original goals. I have trained a wide variety of clients, from one who lost 100lbs in less than a year to collegiate athletes.
Fitness Journey: My fitness career started in high school when I just wanted to gain muscle and lose body fat, so I stuck to a pretty basic bodybuilding style of training. I transitioned my approach to more of a powerlifting style to push my body’s capabilities. I love working with people and helping them reach their potential.
